We were just friends,

When I first met you,
You were just a friend,
You were there for me,
Again and again…
Then one precious moment,
As I stared in your eyes,
I fell deep in love,

As the day went on,
I let my feelings free,
Somehow my heart grew strong,
How can this be?
My heart didn’t intend
But why didn’t I see,
