disoriented

I wake up feeling empty. My head feels heavy, but there’s nothing inside except thoughts. More like questions and disbelief. How did I end like this? It’s as if one day life was beautiful and an explosion occurred. After the smoke cleared I’m left with rubble. Disoriented, I can’t figure out what has happened, why its happened, and what I could’ve done to prevent it.
